    Some great ideas here. Love the meal delivery idea. I think it works better to do one dinner a night that people can buy instead of doing a la carte and have to cook different meals every night.

    Making money with a business has always revolved around either distribution or product. You can make money with the distribution; being able to promote products through a blog, YT channel or social media. You can make money with a product, creating courses and other products to promote. Of course, more work but best route is to grow both sides. Start your own distribution through a blog and channel but also put together you own products so you're not reliant on affiliate commissions.

    Thanks for the insights! I agree with what you say at 8:10 about leadership. I would also add: choose a business you believe in – not just one where you think you can make the most money. The reason: running your own business is hard work, and your belief is what will provide the energy to push forward.

    I think the most valuable skill for an entrepreneur is the ability to build a huge community around oneself. This can be achieved through many different ways including: (a) youtube videos, facebook, instagram, quora, email list, to mention but a few. After that one then sells or markets goods or services that are valuable to the community and provide solutions to their problems. Since one has created that community, he or she knows what their problems are and what items are valuable to them. It's much easier to start with a community and sell to it than have a product first and then look for people whose problems it might solve.

    Some of them is huge upfront investment like scooter rental, some of them are not scaleable at all like being a personal trainer, cleaner or food preparer. So the video is mostly useless BS. Sorry.
